GEP

Rainergy

Participation in the constitution and development of Rainergy (formerly Renewable Power International, S.A.), initially acquired in 2011 with Cube Infrastructure (Fund I, €1.08 billion) and later sold to Reichmuth, IST 3 and WSC in 2021, with RPI retaining a stake and providing Asset Management and O&M services.

Green Energy Platform ("GEP")

Established in 2019 with Cube's Fund II, in which RPI retains a 10% stake and provides Asset Management and O&M services.

Citania IPR

Established in 2018 with a group of private investors to invest in regulated renewable energy projects. RPI held a 20% stake, sold in 2023 to a Spanish fund.
